About Scott McCowan
Dr Scott McCowan moved with his family to Palmerston North in 2020 after 10 years of private practice in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He was born in Kentucky, completed his undergraduate degree at Princeton University, and after a brief time teaching high school, finished medical school and Urology training at Emory University.
He is certified by the American Board of Urology and holds equivalency certification with Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
He is currently the Head of Department at Palmerston North Hospital.
